Estacada - 01/14/26

Last week (1/14) in Estacada, our free laundry event at Brax Laundry was a sweet and steady one, filled with good food and great connections. We were able to serve 12 neighbors, helping with 18 loads of laundry, while sharing time and conversation along the way

A heartfelt thank you to Estacada The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for providing generous, yummy, to-go lunches, warm, savory chicken pot pie, and a sweet pie for dessert. We were also blessed by a community member who surprised everyone with homemade cookies. Small gestures that made a big impact.

We were grateful to be joined by the fabulous Kayla of RentWell, who connected with neighbors and shared valuable housing resources.

As always, these moments remind us that clean clothes, a warm meal, and a caring presence can go a long way. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day possible!! We will be back at Brax Laundry in Estacada on Wednesday, 1/28, so we hope to see you there!
