Milwaukie - 06/08/26

Our monthly visit to Milwaukie Laundry on June 8th was a wonderful reminder of the impact a caring community can have. Together, we served 19 neighbors and helped complete 49 loads of laundry, including 10 small, 28 medium, and 11 large loads.

Our heartfelt thanks go to the amazing Deborah and her wonderful husband, Michael, for providing a delicious dinner of Thai chicken curry with rice, along with cookies and chips. Sharing a warm meal creates opportunities for connection, conversation, and community, and we are so grateful for the care they put into serving our neighbors.

We would also like to thank the incredible folks from GracePointe for sponsoring this event. Partnerships like these make it possible for us to continue offering free laundry services and compassionate support to individuals and families in our community.

Every load washed, every meal shared, and every conversation had is a reminder that small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference.
