Milwaukie - 08/10/26

Our August 10th laundry outreach at Milwaukie Laundry was another wonderful day of neighbors, community, and connection! Together, we served 24 awesome community members and completed 45 loads of laundry, and we had an incredible crew helping make it happen!

A huge thank you to the incredible folks from the Rotary Club of Milwaukie, Oregon for showing up with pizza and food, serving hygiene kits, and even helping keep those washers and dryers running by putting quarters in the machines. Your generosity makes a real difference!

Our marvelous Deputy Director, Glen, was also there lending a hand and getting machines started, while the amazing Laurie absolutely rocked the hygiene kit station.

It takes a whole community to make outreach like this possible, and we are so grateful for every person who shows up, serves, and reminds our neighbors that they are cared for.

24 neighbors served. 45 loads washed. A whole lot of community love!!
