Milwaukie South - 04/01/26

On April 1st at QED Laundry in Milwaukie, it may have been April Fool's Day, but here, it was all love! We had the opportunity to serve 29 neighbors, helping get 47 loads of laundry washed and dried. That's including 24 small, 16 medium, and 7 large loads.

Beyond the laundry, we were also able to pass out life-saving Narcan, an important step in caring for our community through harm reduction.

Lunch was a hit, with a hearty chicken and bacon Alfredo pasta, fresh bread, and a great salad to round out the meal. It was one of those days where simple things like clean clothes, a warm plate of food, and meaningful connections made a lasting impact!

Our next and, sadly, final event at QED Laundry is on Wednesday, April 15th. So come down, do laundry, and make this last event an amazing one!
