Molalla - 01/13/26

On January 13 our Brax Laundry - Molalla event we served 44 neighbors with 53 loads of laundry, alongside good food, music, and meaningful connections. A heartfelt thank-you to Grace Lutheran Church for providing sandwiches, grilled cheese, and fruit, and to Amy for bringing comforting tomato soup and beef vegetable soup. Pam’s autoharp music added a special, peaceful touch to the day.

We were grateful to have Hugett from Oregon Department of Human Services offering support, Laura and Sally from Goodwill Industries sharing helpful resources, and wonderful volunteers, including the fabulous Deb, Luke, the rad dude from the Molalla High School volunteer program, and Pastor Tom, who stopped by to connect with neighbors.

Community partnerships make this work possible, and we’re thankful for everyone who helped make this day a success!

We are at Brax Laundry - Molalla every Tuesday, so spread the word and come down, throw in some laundry, and stay for the connections and yummy meal!
