On March 31st, at Brax Laundry - Molalla, we had the privilege of serving 47 neighbors and completing 51 loads of laundry. It was a steady, full day with plenty of meaningful connections woven throughout.

Lunch was a comforting highlight. The fabulous Amy prepared delicious cheddar broccoli and chicken noodle soup, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while the lovely Maggie added a sweet touch by bringing rolls and cookies for everyone to enjoy on the side.
We were grateful for the amazing Deb, who joined us as a volunteer and jumped right in to help wherever needed. It was also great to spend time with our good friend Alina (now in a different colored hoodie!), along with the always awesome Brad from Brax, whose continued support means so much to this work!!
The Cascade AIDS Project was on-site, offering testing and $10 gift cards to participants, adding an extra layer of support for our neighbors. The marvelous Pastor Tom also joined us, taking time to sit, listen, and connect with individuals throughout the day, something that never goes unnoticed.
From shared meals to simple conversations, the day was a strong reminder of how impactful it is to show up, serve, and build community together!
As always, we are at Brax Laundry - Molalla every Tuesday, so come on down, throw in a load, and stay for lunch!
