Another day at Brax Laundry - Molalla on April 14th means we had the privilege of serving 42 neighbors while helping complete 47 loads of laundry, including 11 small, 14 medium, and 22 large loads. Each visit is about more than clean clothes; it’s about creating a welcoming space where people feel seen, supported, and cared for!

A heartfelt thank you to Pam and Jess from the Molalla Grace Lutheran Church for volunteering their time and providing a wonderful lunch of assorted sandwiches and fresh fruit for everyone to enjoy. Their kindness and generosity made a big impact. Pam also brought her autoharp and shared music throughout the day, adding warmth and joy to the atmosphere.
We were also grateful to have our dear friend, Pastor Tom with us, available to talk and connect with anyone who wanted encouragement or conversation. Ryan from Oregon Department of Human Services joined us as well, being an amazing human and helping strengthen the network of support available to our neighbors.
Days like this remind us how powerful community can be when people come together to serve one another.
We are at Brax Laundry - Molalla every Tuesday, so come on down and check out what we do!
