Molalla - 11/18/2025

Our November 18th free laundry event at Brax Laundry - Molalla was buzzing with community connection and support! We were happy to welcome the amazing April from A Safe Place, who set up a resource table and spent the afternoon talking with neighbors. Our faithful volunteers, the superstar Sarah and the fabulously dedicated Deb, kept everything running smoothly as always, and we were joined by Jared, Luke, and Garrett from the Molalla River Transition Program. Such a great crew and a huge help throughout the day!!

A special treat rolled up as well: the Molalla Library Book Mobile! Neighbors loved getting to explore books and resources right on-site between loads.

And of course, we shared a delicious lunch thanks to the amazing Alina, who brought teriyaki chicken and rice for everyone to enjoy. It was warm, comforting, and very appreciated by everyone. Another meaningful day of clean laundry, good food, and strong community is in the books. Thanks to all who made it happen!!
