Oregon City - 05/06/26

May 6th at Brax Laundry - Oregon City was filled with sunshine, community, and a sweet, steady flow of folks throughout the afternoon. We served 40 neighbors during outreach, and finished 37 loads of laundry, including 5 small, 22 medium, and 18 large loads.

Lunch was a comforting spread of scalloped potatoes with ham, macaroni salad, and garlic bread, which was enjoyed by many throughout the day. We were grateful to have the amazing Val from 4D Recovery with us, offering support and connection, and we were especially excited to have our incredible Executive Director, the lovely Brandi, join us as well. Days like these remind us how meaningful it is to gather together, meet practical needs, and create space for community and care.
