Oregon City - 07/15/26

It was another busy Wednesday at Brax Laundry - Oregon City! On July 15th, we had the privilege of serving 31 phenomenal neighbors, helping complete a whopping 61 loads of laundry!! That included 15 small, 30 medium, and 16 large loads. Access to clean clothes may seem simple, but for so many of our neighbors, it provides dignity, confidence, and one less burden to carry.

It was an all-hands-on-deck kind of night. Our Executive Director, the amazing Brandi, jumped right in to keep washers and dryers running, while our Deputy Director, the marvelous Glen, helped coordinate food, resources, and everything happening outside. When the laundromat gets busy, teamwork like this keeps things moving and ensures every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

Everyone enjoyed turkey or salami sandwiches, macaroni salad, chips, and water while connecting with volunteers and accessing resources. Evenings like these are a reminder that LoveOne is about so much more than laundry; it's about showing up for our community with compassion, practical support, and a friendly face.
