On February 26th, we gathered at Cedars Laundromat in Sandy for another full and fruitful day of service. We had the joy of serving 38 neighbors and completing 50 loads of laundry, what a busy and beautiful day!

Our meal was warm, comforting, and perfectly suited for a winter day: cauliflower soup, “tomorrow” soup, fresh rolls, Caesar salad with croutons, and coffee to top it all off. There’s something special about sharing a hot bowl of soup that turns a laundromat into a place of fellowship.
We were also blessed with an amazing number of food boxes to distribute, helping extend support beyond the wash cycle. And to make the day even sweeter, we received some “Director’s love” when Brandi and Glen stopped by to say hello and connect with our neighbors and volunteers. Their presence was such an encouragement to everyone there.
Thirty-eight people. Fifty loads. Warm soup, full hands, and full hearts.
We are doing it every Thursday at Cedars Laundromat so tell your friends!!
