Sandy - 10/16/25

A full and joyful evening was had at Cedars Laundromat in Sandy last week on 10/16! We connected with 37 neighbors and helped wash 40 loads of laundry! There were fresh clothes and warm smiles all around.

A huge thank you to the incredible Judy, who brought food boxes for our neighbors, and to the fabulous April with A Safe Place, who set up a resource table and offered support. We also appreciated Officer K. Moody from Sandy Compliance for stopping by and lending a hand. We always love it when Officer Moody stops by!

Dinner that evening was pure comfort! The marvelous Brigham treated everyone to two kinds of creamy potato cheddar soup (one with sausage, one with broccoli), along with bread and fruit to round out the meal. YUM!

And a special shout-out to Scoops for letting us use their display for a fun photoshoot! We couldn't resist such a sweet touch to a cozy evening of community and care. Every week reminds us how good it feels to show up for one another, and we will be back in Sandy every Thursday, so come on down!
