Trash Extravaganza - 07/13/25

Waay back in June, on Friday the 13th, we took on a major cleanup effort behind the Pioneer Carwash on Beavercreek Rd, and this spot really lived up to the name Trash Extravaganza! With 14 participants, 4 LoveOne staff, 3 awesome volunteers from Solve (thanks, Mark!), and Metro's amazing crew, we tackled a seriously gnarly space. Everyone's help made a huge impact!!

Our team filled two 40-yard dumpsters with trash. Even with all hands on deck, we knew this would be a two-part job, but we made a huge dent in it!!

Big thank you to our hero Stephanie for bravely clearing out the needles and especially gross debris.  Our magnificent friend Kate coordinated the drop-off and pick-up of both dumpsters, the fabulous Aubrey for keeping spirits high, and bellies full, with pizza and snacks with a smile!

Massive appreciation to everyone who showed up, got dirty, and dug in!! You rock!!
