Welches - 03/04/26

We had a smaller but wonderful gathering at Welches Laundromat on March 4th. A total of 12 people joined us, and together we helped complete 19 loads of laundry.

Guests enjoyed a warm and comforting meal thanks to several generous contributors. The amazing human, Gina, and the fabulous Heather, the owner of the laundromat, brought soup and salad, while the incredible Mackenzie provided bread and butter to round out the meal.

We were also thrilled to have our great friends Darian Dunlap and Melanie Brown of Mountain Life Clinic on site, offering free 10-minute massages. It was a relaxing treat that added an extra touch of care and community connection.

Even on quieter days, it’s meaningful to gather, share a meal, and make sure our neighbors leave with fresh, clean clothes and a sense of support and community!

We will be back at Welches Laundromat on 3/18, so tell your friends, and we hope to see you there!
