Welches - 04/01/26

At Welches Laundromat on April 1st, we had a smaller but still meaningful gathering, serving 9 neighbors and completing 23 loads of laundry together. Even on quieter days, the impact runs deep, and this was no exception.

The fabulous Heather prepared a fresh pasta salad and brought bananas and grapes, offering a light and refreshing meal that was greatly appreciated. It created space for folks to slow down, connect, and enjoy a moment of care in the middle of their day.

We were also joined by the amazing Darian and Grace from Mountain Life Clinic, who provided free 10-minute massages, an offering that brought both physical relief and a sense of calm to those who participated. Plus, the amazing Erin from Clackamas Women's Services was also present, connecting with community members and sharing valuable resources and support.

It was a simple, steady day rooted in care, connection, and showing up for one another in meaningful ways!

Come down and throw in a load with us next time we are at Welches Laundromat on Wednesday, 4/15!! See ya there!
